I need help adding a depuff to my nameplates, I want to see anytime my priest applies shadow word pain. any rank.

assuming you're using this aura https://wago.io/DebuffsOnNameplates it should already track all your debuffs on nameplates.
if you only want to track shadow word pain specifically and nothing else, untick "Ignored Names" and put a SW:P spell ID such as 589 into "Name(s)". doesn't matter which ID you use as Name(s) looks for any rank.

i just want this addon to show, poisons bleeds and swp, and CS kidney SAP Fear. things only rogue and priest do.

that's still done in the same general way as described above. go into trigger tab in "My Debuffs", untick Own Only + Ignored Spell Names and list off the things you want to track in "Name(s)"
