Hey I kept the old WTF Folder Data from Classic and Copy and pasted all the files to the new TBC WTF folder, but my WA is still empty.
Dont know what I am doing wriong, but my old WA files have data in them. BUt when transfertring the files nothing seems to work; please advise.

correct way is to transfer WTF from _classic_era_ to _anniversary_ while game is completely shut down

as long as you haven't touched the vanilla data it should be fine. don't uninstall vanilla without creating a backup as uninstalling deletes the WTF folder.

all the wtf data is written on relog/closing the game.
if you copy the data while the game is open, it will directly overwrite it again.

maybe I played around withy the file names - but I have 6 files - i have 2 archive files aswell

if you rengamed the archive file into wekauras AND changed the data inside in addition its gone.
do not change ANYTHING with the files.
just copy them.

from your description at the top, you had the game open.

the one you want is just WeakAuras.lua , not anything else (not WeakAuras.lua.bak either).
none of the files you uploaded looks like WeakAuras.lua though, so if you did some renaming/editing and overwrote the old vanilla data then yeah it's gone.
