Weakaura that plays noise on item spawn (MoP)

Hello!

I'm looking to make a weakaura that plays a sound if an item spawns in my vicinity. I want to farm the 450 BoA gear items in MoP. I'm visiting it often, they are never there not even after server reset. So I want to park an alt there and when I'm doing other things just have it blast a horn and I can pick it up? Sort of like rare scanner. Or is that impossible with item spawns?

that sounds impossible. rare scanners typically look at nameplates, pickable items have nothing like that.
