Is there any way to make my current targets nameplate always located on top of the stacking of multiple nameplates?

this is not really a weakauras question. weakauras is not a nameplate addon
it can allow you to track stuff on nameplates, attach stuff to them etc.
but when it comes to actually managing the plates themselves, that's the job of a dedicated nameplate addon
