Is there a simple way to make a death announcer where when someone dies it puts a message in chat where the message is formatted to

(Character) died, (remaining rezes) revives - (time until a new rez charge) until next rez

Or is this a WA that will require some code to work

For dying:
Combat log -> unit died -> destination reaction = friendly or destination affiliation = in smart group

And destGuid or destName to get the name

For the BR:
There's a "generic" spellid for BR stuff, I think it's 20484.

So a spell -> cooldown/charges/count trigger for that
