Issue with Masque and borders

Hello guys..i never encountered this before but it seems that the weakaura glow doesnt want to fully close around the icon and it leaves quite a big border
seems like a bug?

U can slightly see it but the icon next to it barely has a black border ..this is however a different masque skin that i dont want..and alot of the masque skins seems broken like the first one

even without a glow..it seems to be misheaving with the timer swiper ..its destroys the icon
