Is there any way to grab my entire weakaura profile and copy it before I begin messing with it?

The WTF folder contains all of your “important” data (stuff you can’t download again) for WoW. Addon saved variables, keybinds, macros, etc will all be found there. You can find it at World of Warcraft\<env>\WTF where <env> corresponds to the version of WoW (classic, retail, ptr) which you are interested in.
