Where does it take the time in boss fights into account?

You can most likely just ignore the existence of that rule, as it won't affect 99% of the people and it's just completely misunderstood

It also doesn't affect single boss rankings, and doesn't invalidate anything.

If you take more than a minute on average for the bosses, you basically have no restriction

If you kill the bosses so fast that it affects you, it won't affect your because the cool down isn't ready yet
