Currently I have a text weakaura that shows the numbers of targets within range of my character, and basically when the number is 7 or above I use my aoe spender ability Black Powder.
I'm trying to figure out how to just make it a glowing black powder icon, when at 7 or above but I'm way out of my depth here.
