hmnnnn - i have a generic spell aura for stormstrike
just track the CD - and grey it out if on CD

i added a glow up if maelstrom stacks <=5
what works

but is here a way to
a- make it glow even on 0 stacks/not having the buff
b- it glows - even if the skill is on cd - can i make it just glow if stacks <=4 and not on cd? XD

Yes you can do that. Just use the appropriate condition for when you want the glow to happen.
