Portrait option menu isn't showing up

#

Hi. I am using an imported UI file from Wago. When I right click my portrait on my main character, I am able to bring up the option menu and change dungeon difficulty. However, I am not able to do this on any other characters even though they are using the exam same weakaura. What should I do? Thank you.
