Show number of Interrupts available in a Party?

Do you know a simple way to track the number of Interrupts in a party? I know that exists many aura that tracks individual "Interrupt Spell" with bars, but I would like to do something simplier like this (where 1 is the number of available interrupts, based on a list of spells, and N is the number of total interrupt spell in a party, even the one that are on cooldown).

Anyone know how to do this?

Unfortunately its not simpler. It requires all the custom code that other interrupt trackers also require.
