MRT Ready Check Consumable Button Fixer

Little thing I put together for myself as I finally got too tired of the buttons not working. Not the best way to attack it probably but it works for now and figured I'd share it out!

Current functionality:

• TWW Rune Disabler
  • I have a sick Dreambound Augment Rune that isn't worth 10k+ gold to use every pull that I'd rather make use of. This disables the ability to use TWW Augment Runes in favor of the Dreambound Augment Rune.
• Flask Fixer
  • Lets you set your own flask priority in the Custom Options, selects rank 3 -> rank 2 -> rank 1 intellegently and also will prioritize Fleeting flasks if enabled.
  • Entirely customizable down to prioritizing different ranks based on item ID as well.
• Oil Fixer
  • Makes the button clickable and targets the Algari Mana Oil. Note: I haven't tested it with any other specs that dont use this oil yet

Best is to contact MRT author to find a proper solution, this is not blizzard code, it's not impossible to get your changes implemented

Unfortunately, I tried to raise this as an issue last expansion and didn’t make much headway. I also similarly would rather this was a PR but MRT isn’t open source and I didn’t get a response on curseforge
