The macro only stays on the screen after it has all 3 charges. I need it to stay even with 1 charge.

as long as there is a charge, i want to see it on my screen at 30% alpha. When there are 0 charges I only care about seeing it's cd at the last 10 seconds. just like i have done this other macro
