What does the load icon say?

The little power button thingy next to the aura in the list on the left

If it's gray it's unloaded, meaning you'd have to have a look at the "load" tab of that aura and see which condition you don't fulfill (and change that)

If it's yellow it means you can fulfill these conditions but you don't do it yet. So have a look again
