I'm trying to add a glow around my hw: serenity/sanctify spell trackers when I have the buff sacred reverence. This means I get a free cast of one of them. I've tried looking into the triggers and conditions tab of the individual spell tracker WA's, but I can't seem to find out how to add the glow when the buff is up.
