i want the bar to go down to show me how close i am to being able to use shadow dance. if it’s unavailable to use, regardless if that’s because it’s on CD or because it’s already active, the bar exists, if i can use SD, regardless of charges, i want there to be no bar

that's what i thought, but no, because when i use the first charge, i see the cd going down. since i still have 1 charge available, i don't want to see a bar while i have another charge available & ready to use

You can't use it while that cd is going on
But if that annoys you while truly being on cooldown, open the extra options in the trigger
