Trigger > spell > cooldown/charges/count
Spell: charge

Open extra options and tick show cd of charge:

then just duplicate the whole aura and on the duplicate have the show cd of charge be 2

and instead of the bar cd tracker winding up can it just light up a solid colour when a charge is ready?
