#Anchor in UI unresponsive to clicks

I'm not sure which update caused it, but the anchor section in the UI isn't responding to clicks. The drop down works, but I cannot change the anchor or destination anchor at all. It doesn't react, and no error is thrown.

It's a group, and only 1 of the two is grey
