in "BW/DBM ability <= 10s" go into Display, scroll to bottom and press "Add Glow" - have this glow turned off by default.
then go into Conditions and add a condition for if trigger 1: Message: <boss ability name> then Glow 1 Visibility on. (alternatively can use ID instead of message if you know the IDs).
then repeat same for "BW/DBM ability >10s" if you want the glow active there too.
you should put spell names in there like shown in the gif you posted above (Éruption, Recharger, etc). or IDs alternatively
don't create new icons if you're doing that, just add multiple conditions to the existing icon.
yes that should work, you can also order it like this so it looks cleaner.
though i noticed from your screenshot that you're editing from the group, you should ideally edit individual auras so you don't accidentally make unwanted changes to other parts (though in this case i don't think it matters)
