Hello - i have a setup that can enable the resizable bar bios options for gpus; Do you know if it will increase or lower performance ? (raiding and dungeons, with standard addons elvui bigwigs wa plater etc. )

Also similar to the discussion i had with phoenix about loading and group and children, i have another question that doesntdirectly concerns was but i suppose only developers may know about :
Does enabling some addons that will only load in certains situations take ressources during combat ?
I'm thinking of addons such as Littlewigs (bigwigs for dungeons) or premade group filters or Omni cd When i'm in a raid : they shouldnt be loaded in raid since they're dungeon only;
Does that mean there is no performance / ressource difference between fully disabling them and enabling them during a raid encounter ?
