Losing alot of fps to weak auras and profiled it can i get some help with this

Fire - Sun King's Blessing Buff 145075.84ms, 62.38% (11.99ms)
Alter Time Health Snapshot 10395.17ms, 4.47% (4.98ms)

only these 2 auras have a !

is tehre a fix for this or should i just remove them completely and change the weak aura for tracking them
