Stop Cooldown Ready WA playing when entering combat

I have a fairly simple audio WA that plays a TTS when a cooldown is ready but the thing that is annoying is that it plays everytime I enter combat, would it be possible to configure it to play only when In Combat AND when the ability comes off CD in combat (not if it's ready when entering combat if that makes sense)

There might be a better way but a simple way is to trigger when the spell is on cooldown with a very small amount of time remaining e.g. 0.01.
