WeakAuras doesn't show anything by default, it's just the framework that lets you import or create "Auras" to display things. If you're having an issue with an Aura, and/or want opinions on it, then you need to share the specific Aura. The best way to do this is to link it through https://wago.io/.

If you only imported the aura, you may right click the aura in-game and select Copy URL and paste it here. If you have modified the aura or created your own, you may instead select Export to string... and upload the string to https://wago.io/. This does not require an account.
You can now paste the import string directly into Discord (with no other text, only the string) and a bot will import it for you and link the wago.

the logic in your listed triggers and conditions looks correct, but if it isn't working then you may have a setting incorrect or are using a term to describe something different than is usual.

you should use wago when you link your aura. wago will show info without needing to be in game

your problem is that you're using glow external when you shouldn't be

In the Display tab add a glow effect sub element

there's a button at the botom of that tab

then change your conditions to effect that glow instead of using glow external

glow external is for just that. glowing anything that isn't your aura.

you should also not use exact spellID unless you need the specific granularity that it provides. instead put the spellID into the name(s) field
