oh actually I didnt mention.
this doesnt normally happen.
both the plater mod and the WA both work as expected 95% of the time

its a bug ive only noticed starting this week. super frustrating but rare.
its only been minor kicks so it didnt matter before but tonight it caused a wipe from the failed kick in the picture

I have a load condition to only load in 5mans. Just so it doesnt load in raid.
I don't think that could be causing intermitent failures though.

i think i figured it out

it only happens if I kick when i have Blessing of autumn

#

it also is a blizzard bug with other abilities that alreayd have cdr like recklessness and ravager. they will show that they are ready even though in reality they are still about 5s off being ready
