This WA is a BL reminder for all classes with BL like spell. When someone(not you) writes bl, lust, hero, bloodlust or heroism in chat, and you don't have your BL on cd, then for 5 seconds you will see your BL icon.
In Custom options you can add your own phrases to trigger the WA.
