Finally got the whole setup to work so that

  1. Timer bars pop up as soon as Afflicted Souls start casting
  2. The bar is **GREEN **if you have a dispel ready
  3. The bar changes colour to **RED **if you don't have a dispel (ready)

Appreciate Feedback and ideas, pretty new to this.
TO DO:
Spawn warning, so you know when to get ready to dispel.
