as soon as i step into the boss room i start to see rubberbanding and lag, even my MS goes up as well from ~19 to 100+. this happens only on algalon and has been happening every week for several weeks. and as soon as the boss dies and i leave the room i go back to normal

IF errors are the cause then the issue you are describing would mean errors being constantly thrown, like >100 during the fight
