Any idea what causes this, seems to crop up at the start of m+ dungeons - should not it's not happening when I've recently used edit mode as noted in some past threads about this issue.

not that i can think of, i'll double-check
no don't believe so, i have an auto-mark WA for instances? but no clicking required and it happens outside of instances
Oh, actually - Tama's dragonflight weak aura is clickable

done and still seems to be reoccurring at random - very frustrating!
weird that it only happens on some bars (AB 5 and 7) and only when I use the hotkey, not when i click on the ability
nvm now it's all bars except AB 1

only once when i had the error mid-pull and tried to reload, got a lua error and couldnt reload

Can you do something like /dump UnitHealth(poop) so the error window opens
And see if there are any old errors there
