this seems unnecessary, the aura trigger supports mouseover if i remember right

Let me clarify 🙂
this works for mouseover and tells me when the mouseover target do not have "rejuvenation" buff
so what happens is when other cast rejuvenation on the mouseover target the weakaura do not trigger,
so in this rare case where you want multiple rejuvenations on the target
and i want the weakaura to show me when > only my rejuvenation is missing on the target
basically the own only added to the code somehow.
