#Tank Frontals WA only working sometimes for me, am I missing an option somewhere?

Hello, I am using the Tank Frontal Dragonflight WA (https://wago.io/ltENrybhU) but it's not always working for me.
It Always works on boss encounters
It sometimes works with certain spells listed if I disable all other WA, such as charged smash from CoS or mortal hew from HoV
It never works with some spells listed from various adds, such as quelling strike in CoS.

Is there some setting somewhere in wow or the WA general I missed or any ideas? I tried disabling all addons except WA and all other weakauras but this one, same results always. Did re-instal of WA addon (I use wowup not sure if that matters) I imported it from a friend who it works for directly, tried straight from the website and even copied the string from a text file, all with same results.

Any help or ideas appreciated

no errors. The first quelling strike worked (which has actually never worked for that spell before for me) but nothing else after that worked including other QS's. Bugsack green the whole time

I Figured it out after a ton of testing lol. It's pretty wonky with nameplates off. WIth nameplates on it works without problem
