I made a weakaura to track the cooldown of execute, and also have it glow when I get a sudden death proc or the enemy is below 35% hp. For some reason sometimes when the enemy is below 35% it will stop showing that it is on cooldown whether or not I press it. This happens sporadically as well, sometimes it bugs out and doesn't show the spell is on cooldown, and sometimes it behaves normally. logging in and out sometimes fixed it.

i don't see an issue on my level 45 warrior
maybe something with the conditions, you'r mixing "on cooldown" & "spell usable"
i'd recommend use aura built from templates instead with the proc tracking option
it use correct trigger & conditions for the color and glow

yeah the reason I wasnt using spell activation overlay glow was because it will always glow whenever you can cast it on blizzards end, and I wanted it only to glow when certain conditions were met (you use to not just press it on cooldown with the crushing blow build). however with 4pc + warrior changes this patch you just press it on cooldown always so I can go back to using the blizzard glow
so it's working on my end now
