Announce time it took to level

Trying to make a weak aura that says "x hours x minutes x seconds level y to z", I am stuck on where to track this haven't done anything custom

It requires quite some knowledge on custom made auras, whilst similar auras already exist.
Search on wago.io , I'm sure you'll find some split timer or level timer
