It appears that the default blizzard cast bar doesn't show in the latest update, disabling WA the cast bar shows.

probably one of your installed castbar aura does that

i dont have any install cast bar WAs, i removed them as i thought that was the issue

also tried it on other classes and same issue, no cast bar weak auras, doesnt show. i disable WA and it works fine, all other addons disabled as well

also just tried removing all WAs i have, running just the WA addon and can still replicate no castbar
