Setting colors for text WA's

Howdy yall. Trying to be a bit more self sufficient with my WA's this expac and understand them a bit better. I can set up my own cool dynamic groups and set interesting conditions but I'm not sure how to, or if I can, add several conditions/logic to a basic text WA.

I love basic ass text WA's, what I'm trying to do is make a text Virulent Plague WA that simply says VP: time remaining. I'm trying to figure out how to set "VP" so green, and then have the %p value change colour/play sound as it hits the refresh window. I can do one or the other atm aha.

you can use conditions for this
if you need them to happen on the same condition there’s an “add property change” button when you’re editing a condition

How would you go about changing specific slices of the text though, using seperators or something somewhere I imagine
