replicate the blizzard evoker essence spheres with a WA?

I like the styles and the cooldown animation of the blizzard evoker essence spheres, but can't find a way to detach them from the unit frames, and i prefer to use ElvUI anyway. So trying to see if there is a way to replicate them within a WA (the visual and animation part - obviously the functionality is replicated in a number of WAs)

There's a lot of things layered up in the Blizz frames so it's doable in WA but it will be a bit of work

Notably you'll need StopMotion for the animations
