I figure it's got something to do with masque, but have no idea how to go about fixing it. I use zoomed because its the only one without a border that isn't shrunk down

is using border offset resizing the cooldown? it just seems like its not lined up correctly by default

I changed the skin to dream and its lined up correctly

no idea border enabled 2 offset broken, 0 offset fixed but disabling border then broken again

guess the 0 offset border enabled just hides that its not aligned

I can fix the look for mine by using dream and resizing all my auras
