Your installed auras can all be found at WTF\Account\<Account #>\SavedVariables\WeakAuras.lua

try rename your weakauras data file to start with a fresh one
it's very easy to break actionbars, even without any addon installed
i would recommend to always /reload after going in game settings or edit mode

That's most likely a bug in WoW not a WeakAuras issue. The DF UI wasn't really finished in time

My preferred nameplate addon was doing the exact thing you are describing. I just disabled it and got a new nameplate addon for the time being.

Most likely it's not the add-ons fault. E.g. just changing a key binding can brick all action bars

Well for me like even my W key wasn't moving me forward. Essentially all keyboard input was blocked.
but when I turned off just that one addon everything was normal again.

Again, it's almost certainly not that specific add-ons fault. It can happen with basically any add-on rn. It's some kind of overzealous settings taint. Blizzard needs to sort out their issues.
Just reloading will usually fix the issue temporarily. I've found from beta that using 3rd party actionbar like bartender avoid the issue for rotational keybinds. Haven't seen it effect movement keys before though
