Newbie trying to do a wa bar of my procs

Hello, I'm using weakaura for the first time in my life and I'm struggling to do what I want, which shouldn't be too complicated, I guess?

I would like to have a weakaura of my different procs, 4 exactly (a trinket, a talent, a glyph and an enchant) And I would like the icons of my 4 procs to stay visible all the time. That is to say desaturated when inactive and highlighted with a sweep corresponding to the duration when they activate.
Currently I can't get the icons to stay visible when the auras are inactive... is this even possible?
Any good soul available to help me?

in the trigger, set it to "show on: always" at the bottom

conditions now allow you to change the looks of it

if trigger 1 aura found is false, then desaturate (check the box)
