Sonic 4 theory ||My theory is she’s from the bad future and goes back in time to help Sonic and company prevent said bad future. Somehow Robotnik is alive (or it could be Stone continuing his legacy). After the events of the movie Silver comes back from an even further future to stop Amy and Sonic from messing around with the future even more. Think of him like Trunks in the Time Patrol||

watching sonic 3 in a theater full of actual kids was extremely funny because they were losing their mind whenever shadow was on screen and completely stonefaced at like 90% of the comedy beats lol

the adults meanwhile, were howling at those. I thought that was supposed to go the other way!

Out of all the movies this is probably the only one that would benefit from an extended cut

The action was better than Sonic 2

Now, is it better than SA2?

Imo no, because it did streamline the story quite a bit and so some of the mystique was lost, and also the tone overall in the game better fit the story

I would disagree introducing Randall as a character and how Tom interacts with him and Rachel after the 1st flim events efore revealing he's a gun agent is a good thing even tho he's just a mid character also serves to introduce Gun and commander Walter before his dumb death in the 3rd flim. Also it's 15 mins out of a 2 hour 2 min flim I personally feel like it isn't unnecessary when it directly ties back into the plot. I fine it exaggerated how act like it takes up a 1/3 of the flim not talking about you.
