Yea true, but if the distance between the earth and the ark is anything to go off of, the Moon will be destroyed in half, and the Eclipse Cannon will miss the earth by a small amount of distance. However, if the Eclipse Cannon does hit the Earth, it could tie in with the volcanoes and magma erupting from the surface in that one scene as a bonus to the Moon’s destruction. Either that or the land is severely leveled by Shadow and Sonic’s fight.
