So far I never considered CoC something close to CoM but the combination of letters that are similar

For me the game is amazing but it certainly depends on the taste

Never regretted any investment into it but if that would be true for you is difficult to say as o don't know much about you and your preferences

CoM is more supers meets detective noir and not person meets mythos and goes mad

Both are heavy on investigation but CoC often is fighting something that is not to be fought. CoM has cinematic action and a strong character driven development. Mundane and supernatural

Yeah I was intrigued from the investigation side of things. Not that I don't mind eldrich horror from time to time. Just thought I'd look into something a bit different. I explore a lot of games so my interest can range from the apocalypse (Degenesis) and Mechas (Lancer)

I watched a couple videos on CoM. One from Davey Chappy and another from a Logan fella.
