For the system you can go one of two ways. Here's a short explainer: https://github.com/fvtt-fria-ligan/forbidden-lands-foundry-vtt/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md the other way to do it is to make a copy of the en.json file in the repository and start translating it.

Also look into the Babele module, as it will allow you to translate things like compendium content that aren't normally accessible to the language JSON files.
