I select my token.
Click on the Multiattack toolbar icon
The multiattack window pops up correctly.
I type in 2 longsword attaks and press attack.
Then nothing happens but error message

ah I see, no those checks are for including which items to include in the attack/damage roll
I thought it'd be easier than entering 0 in for each item you didn't want
but there's probably a smarter way for me to handle this

Is there any way to roll the attack and damage in one click, or is it necessary to do both rolls?

if you use midi, then there should just be a single button that will roll each attack, then damage (if the attack hits)
otherwise you'd have to roll attacks, then damages
I did it this way since it makes it easier to apply the total damage via chat card right click
otherwise it would be harder to apply just the damages for the attacks that hit

Ah.
well i stopped using midi since it won't compile the attacks into a single card, instead it makes a card for each single attack roll.
Seems to work great with better rolls though

yeah, midi is a tough case cause there's a lot of built-in automation which would not make it really possible to compile the rolls into a single card (which was one the main points of the module). I think Better Rolls is a good middle ground tho

Yeah exactly.
I must say i really enjoy the module. It really makes fights with monsters with 6 attacks go faster xD
