Trouble with Combat and Dice So Nice combat dice roll.

Initiative are the only dice rolls that work. I cannot roll to hit and damage with dice; however the hit or miss is logged and damage auto applied as well as fighter character attributes such as advantage for Vex with the short sword. Having difficulty with combat and dice rolls. Error message when I click "Roll" attached. Running Midi-QOL, DAE, DFreds Convenient Effects. Also attached QOL most relevent settings best I can tell.
