Can you give more info on "not working"? Have you clicked the book icon and read the documentation for Weapon Focus? Have you clicked the book icon and read through the FAQ -- specifically the entry for Weapon Focus?

Also Chechu's comment was a bit misleading. Weapon Focus also works with Attacks (in addition to Weapons (plus basically any other Item type)) as long as they're configured correctly
