Alright. In that case, please exit your world, go to the "Add-on Modules" section of the Foundry Setup window, and delete the PF-Content mod.
Then reinstall it and see if the files at strill erroring as 0kb.

Can you try to delete the installed module and reinstall from inside Foundry, see if it catches it?
