Hi, yeah i think i´m self hosting

Opening the app , going on "play world" , sharing the invitation link

i restarted the router and it worked

Sounds like UPnP worked properly. If it happens again, a router reboot may be able to fix it right away. If not just ask here and we'll get you sorted
