Ok, odds are your router changed your computer's local IP on you. Do you remember how to get to your port forwarding rules on your router?

If you set up a DHCP reservation, that should prevent it from happening again. As to how to do that, that depends on your router and whether your ISP has their own firmware they make you use

Second question, is it possible to revert to an older update of foundry because now everything is broken 😄
