leveling path bug diablo iv? paths start at 2.

I noticed when looking at builds in diablo 4, but also when i tried creating my own build, the leveling path starts at 2. Is this an "off-by-one error" in the User Interface?

@rare agate hey! Thanks for the question, everything is correct here. That’s because the first skill is unlocked at level two, and this is the Leveling Path. I hope that makes it clearer now.

Hm ok. I dunno that that's the case anymore. I loaded my season character at level 1 I had like 10 points to spend. So it's a bit confusing now with regard to my level, the leveling path, and "points spent" which is what id expect it to be.
